Eric Sloan is the founding member of Sloan Law Office, PLLC. A born and raised Idahoan, Mr. Sloan’s practice is devoted to representing people who might otherwise not be able to afford the high cost of legal services. Mr. Sloan accepts cases dealing with personal injury, products liability, employment discrimination, workers’ compensation, and criminal defense.
Mr. Sloan graduated from Gonzaga University School of Law in 2001. During law school, he was a recognized mock trial finalist; an associate editor of Across Borders, Gonzaga’s international law journal; and earned the C.A.L.I. dispute resolution award. Since law school, Mr. Sloan has provided representation in medical malpractice cases, employment discrimination matters, workers’ compensation claims, automobile accidents, slip and fall injuries, trust disputes, class action litigation, real property lawsuits, nursing home negligence, insurance bad faith, criminal defense, administrative defense, and adversary actions in bankruptcy cases.
Eric Sloan is licensed to practice law in all state and federal courts located in Idaho. Mr. Sloan is a member of the Idaho Trial Lawyers Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and the Federalist Society.
